A: To update your mylo® device system software, you can download the file from Sony’s eSupport website. The file can be downloaded to your PC, then transferred to your mylo® Internet Device via supplied USB cable or Memory Stick® media (not included). Direct download to the mylo device is available, but may not work over all wi-fi networks.

Once the file is downloaded you'll need to copy the file onto the internal memory of your mylo device and then navigate to Tools->Settings->System Update which will then prompt you as to how to complete the update process.
